Louise Stevens is a filmmaker, visual artist and producer living and working in London.
Her work straddles both interactive and traditional forms, ranging from broadcast documentary production and experimental dance films to multiscreen touring installations. By utilising moving and still images, sound, and live performance, Stevens explores the nexus of analogue and digital through narrative and play.
Stevens’ current work examines access, temporality, and the light qualities of water through composite underwater video frames. A continuation of her master’s research into the colour language of water.
Royal College of Art MA Digital Direction.
